In November 2014 the Government of South Australia announced that the WorkCover scheme would be replaced by a new, more affordable, sustainable, and less complex scheme effective from July 1 2015. ReturnToWorkSA has replaced WorkCoverSA and is now responsible for implementing and managing the new Return to Work scheme.
The new scheme marks the biggest changes to the workers' compensation environment in SA in more than 25 years. Are you worried how the new scheme will work?
