Paying to Work is a report based on the ground-breaking ACCAN-funded waged poor and telecommunications affordability research SACOSS completed in 2020. The main "Connectivity Costs II report was published in August and summarised all the research, while Paying to Work extracts the employment issues around the usage of personal telecommunications services and devices for work purposes. Paying to Work outlines the extent of that use and why it is unfair that it is not recognised or reimbursed.
