Later this year the State Government will introduce standardised contracts for all new Service Agreements and Grants to the not-for-profit sector. These contracts will apply to all not-for-profit funding and provide an easier-to-use template with standard terms and conditions across all departments and agencies.
The South Australian Council of Social Service and Volunteering SA&NT are running information and training sessions on the new contracts for all sector organisations. From auditing requirements to indexation, intellectual property to staff screening, terminations and unused funds – and everything in between, come and find out your rights and responsibilities under the new contracts.
Book your place now at any of the sessions (each session is the same content):
Friday 2 November: morning session 9.30am – 11.30am in the Community Room, Marjorie Black House, 47 King William Road, Unley.
Friday 2 November: afternoon session 1.30pm – 3.30pm in the Community Room, Marjorie Black House, 47 King William Road, Unley.
Wednesday 7 November 10.30am WEBINAR – dial-in details available on registration
Tuesday 13 November, morning session 9.30am – 11.30am in the Community Room, Marjorie Black House, 47 King William Road, Unley.
The contracts were negotiated with representatives of the NFP sector and were the subject of sector-wide consultation late last year. The Information and Training Sessions will provide an update on that process, a summary of the broader context of the new contracts, and clause-by-clause explanations of key terms and conditions.
