Reflect – Adapt – Lead

Sustaining Optimal Performance and Resilience in Challenging Times

A program package delivered in partnership between SACOSS and Working with Resilience

The community services sector has many challenges. The current funding climate has added more pressure to the community services sector. Some organisations are facing big changes to the way they provide services with the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and all are facing the ongoing challenge of supporting their workers to provide vital services to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged South Australians.

SACOSS continues to offer opportunities for the sector to develop the skills required to manage and even thrive in these challenging times. This is a great opportunity to work with and be supported by organisational psychologist Kathryn McEwen and experienced psychologist and NGO CEO Mike Dawson.

Are you leading an organisation where staff are:

  • Adapting to major changes in funding or service delivery models
  • Re-building teams following down-sizing or restructure
  • Experiencing high levels of pressure or stress
  • Working in extended periods of uncertainty
  • Struggling to meet service agreement or community expectations
  • Working with client groups with trauma or complex needs?

This program will assist you to develop and implement a customised plan to build resilience within your organisation.

Free Information Session

You are invited to attend an information session to hear more about the package and to talk about this opportunity with Kathryn and Mike. Please note this session is for management and CEOs.
