Consumer Engagement in Energy and Water Regulation Conference

Consumers belong at the heart of the processes for defining regulated services and service levels, and the prices that are paid for the provision of those services. It is essential for customers to know that the bills they are paying are fair and that they guarantee valued services. Effective consumer engagement is vital to achieving this.

The Conference will feature international keynote speaker Stephen Littlechild, former Director General of Electricity Supply in the UK. Stephen is internationally recognised for his contributions on energy and water consumer engagement in regulation, and is a Fellow at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge and Emeritus Professor, University of Birmingham.

Bringing together leaders from the energy and water sectors, the Conference creates an opportunity for delegates to engage in critical reflection, knowledge enhancement, lively discussions on better practice ideas and initiatives from experienced international, national and local speakers.
