Strategic Planning This one day course will provide an overview of what Strategic Planning is and how it can assist your organisation to set direction and remain focused into the future. The main driver in this course is to provide participants with practical skills to take back to their workplace. The focus is on practical application of financial planning principles for supervisors and managers.
